If an inventor is not able to attend IIFME, it is possible that another inventor who is participating in IIFME represents him/her. In this case, a written consent letter from the inventor not attending has to be submitted to IIFME stating that the inventor attending IIFME is eligible to represent the inventor and his/her invention.
If for any reason someone is interested to have extra booth space, he/she can buy the desired extra meter space for an extra fee. For example, if you desire a booth size 2×3 m2 , you have to pay $250 for the extra meter on top of the selected package. So, your total cost will be $1,000 ($750+$250) or $1,100 ($850+$250).
The maximum number of inventions that can be placed in one booth is 2. If you selected any of the two packages ($750/$850) and you are interested to have another invention placed in the same booth, you will still have to pay the extra fee for adding another invention to the booth. The fee for adding another invention to the booth is $250. So, your total cost will be $1,000 ($750+$250) or $1,100 ($850+$250).
